Eligibility: Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 and older at the time of entry who sign up at the website’s contest page and is void in Puerto Rico and otherwise where prohibited by law. Employees of Vanco1.com their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the contest. 2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. 3. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about March 4th at 12:00 PM and ending 12/31/2019 at 11:59 PM. All online entries must be received by 12/31/2019 at 11:59 PM. All times are (GMT-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada).

4. How to Enter: Entries must be submitted by using the online form available on this website. To be eligible to win, each entry must meet all specified contest requirements. Entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Vanco1.com if they are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules, regulations or specifications of the contest. Only one entry is allowed per person. Entries by the same person using multiple identities, devices or email addresses may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Vanco1.com.

5. Contest Prizes: Prizes approximate retail value may vary from $1 to $10,000. Entrants are not guaranteed to win a prize. Only one prize package may be awarded per entrant. Chances of winning will vary depending on the total number of qualified entries that are received. Prizes actual or appraised value may differ. No prize substitutions or cash substitutions will be permitted except at the sole discretion of Vanco1.com. All prizes are non-transferable. Any and all taxes, federal, state or local along with any other expenses related to the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. By accepting a prize the entrant grants permission for Vanco1.com to use entrant’s name, likeness, and entry for any advertising and/or trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

6. Selection of winners and notification: Contest winners will be selected randomly by Vanco1.com. Winners will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address they entered the Contest. Vanco1.com shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations. In such case, Vanco1.com may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Vanco1.com. 10. Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF USA AND IL, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in IL having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
